Welded Steel Draw Pipes
Welded pipes, semi-finished products in the form of coils are first sized according to the desired pipe size. Then, the flat sheet is shaped step by step, first half a month and then a full circle. After the circle is completed, welding is performed similar to the movement of the sewing machine, and joining is performed from one end to the other.
Seamless steel drawn Mechanical and Construction pipes are preferred especially in areas where pressure resistance is required. In addition, it is mostly used in infrastructure and superstructure constructions with machine parts or equipment.

Production Standards
BS EN 10029 GR 43 C, ASTM A 500 GR A, GR B, GR C, EN 10219 (BS 6363) S 235, S 275, S 355, S 460 MH, EN 10210-2 NH (J0H, JRH, J2H, K2H, GR 34/26, GR 43/36)
Straight (Longitudinally) Welded Steel Pipes (LSAW)
They are Grade A and Grade B quality steels targeted pipes, in accordance with API, ASTM and ASME standards, with welded ends or with systems-couplings in accordance with API 5B standard.
Production Standards

Spiral Welded Pipe (SSAW)
Spiral welded pipe production method is the method used to produce large diameter pipes needed to transmit oil, gas and water in projects such as Petroleum Pipeline, Water Line, Natural Gas Line. In this production, these pipes are called Spiral Welded Steel Pipes, since the weld circulates around the pipe in a spiral shape. The welding method that realizes this spiral welding is the Submerged Arc Welding process.

Electric Resistance Welded Pipe (ERW)
Longitudinally welded steel pipe is called Longitudinally Welded Steel Pipe in English. These pipes are also called Electric Resistance Welded Steel Pipe and are also referred to as ERW Pipe / ERW Pipe, which consists of the combination of the initials of the words Electric Resistance Welding.

Penstock
Large-diameter, thick-walled pipes used in dams and hydroelectric power plants are produced with a forming roller working with the four-ball bending principle. The bending width is 3 meters maximum. Thick-sided, large-diameter pipe fittings can also be used with this method.
